                             Our  beliefs

            We believe in God our Heavenly Father, Jesus the son of God  and the  Holy ghost The  tri-unity and trinity combined.
                        
                      We believe the bible to be the word of  God.  We use  KJV, NKJV and the NIV in our services.  Personal study is an individual choice the limitation is due to wanting connection and continuity. We also hold that the Apocrypha  has some value in it,and 1st and 2nd  Maccabees took place between the old and new testament.  We consider the bible to be inspired, true and correct.
                         
                 We believe that God loves all people and that he does not show prejudice and neither should we.  God is a loving heavenly  Father and is  concerned with  all of us. Our concern for others should resemble his. We believe in the prayer of  Jabez  to do no harm.
                         
           We are saved by his grace, Christ offering, the atonement, our  coming to him  and accepting him   as our Lord and savior  we must  confess our sins with real intent and ask, believe and welcome him. This rebirth happens as we  accept and ask him to come into our lives, forgive us of  our  sins  and ask and receive him  as our personal savior. We are now born-again.


            We believe in  progressive  sanctification.  The bible says "Be ye  holy for I am holy"  1 Peter1:16  KJV  This  sanctification process means  that we  are trying to live and   to be  holy.    As  we  give up  the    sins  that have separated us from God  as we  grow in  him and  we improve. We can find ourselves worthy of more and more blessings  one is  the  weight of  sin  is giving over to  Christ in his name   we   pray to the  father and  daily find a   great  connection we   grow  in God and     we   grow and feel and   become over  comers.  Greater blessing    come  when we  are    clean and    holy   acceptable.  We  know  that we are released from  that sin and  are no longer  captive. Each time   we  over  come,  we enjoy the great freedom in  Christ we  stop the sin and  are  able to be clean. We need to ask God to forgive us of our sins daily this includes our short comings. Some sins that we need to give up are harder to give up than others this is why we need to a try hard to overcome them and reach that point where it is finally no longer a part of who we are. The sin has stopped, forgiving and we are set free. We grow and progress.

    We believe in speaking in tongues as a form of worship, spiritual edification, revelation and for intercession.  We do not believe it should ever interrupt a service and in a service it must only be used at appointed times when an interpreter is present.  Speaking in tongues can also be used if God chooses to help a person to speak to someone in there own foreign language or to understand a foreign language that you do not otherwise know. Tongues is never "gibberish" although in worship service it can sound that way to outsiders so be wise.
